buononaturale addresses our need for a safe and sustainable lifestyle by piecing together stories from Italy’s ancient agricultural and zootechnical traditions, starting from the vast province of Irpinia that flanks the Italian Apennines, among the oldest mountain ranges in Europe. In collaboration with a multitude of micro-to-small-sized farms and the human stories that back them, we work on making sure that as many people as possible have access to our natural local Italian specialties, either directly or through our distributors located across the globe.

 

At every bite, our products will take you through the most scenic Italian landscapes, from the Apennine farmlands to the rice fields of the Po valley, which they originate from and whose smells and flavors they still retain. We ensure that our products reflect their “high quality” label in light of both the traditional artisanal processes and the best-in-class ingredients employed to obtain them. Our sourcing and production choices are meant to realize the widespread desire for a diet that is healthy, sustainable, and inspired by the lively colors and dense flavors of rural life, and specifically of the wholesome Italian rural life.

 

Preserved Vegetables: ORGANIC, VEGAN OK, FREE FROM

 

Ranging from dried tomatoes to artichokes and capers, our preserves serve many purposes. They are ideal for preparing salads as much as intricate pasta dishes, or you can simply serve them as elegant finger food for your happy hours with friends and family. Legumes are among our favorite preserves, and we offer them boiled.

Sauces and Condiments: ORGANIC, (also) VEGAN OK and GLUTEN FREEFREE FROM

 

Our ready-to-use sauces and condiments reformulate traditional Italian recipes in a vegan, plant-based, or gluten-free fashion: so, our Ligurian pestoghiotto is also available as Vegetable pestoghiotto, our mayonnaise as Soy-based mayonnaise, and Bolognese ragù as Seitan- or Soy-based tomato sauce.

Our organic rice is available in three formats – 500g, 1kg, and 5kg – and as one of four 100% Italian organic and all-natural varieties: two risotto-making varieties, Arborio and Carnaroli, and two wholegrain ones that are easy to digest and rich in nutritional properties, red wild and black Nerone.

Ready-To-Cook MealsORGANICVEGAN OK

 

Our organic ready-to-cook range includes risotto, polenta, spelt, and barley meals. They derive from the combination of pre-cooked rice, semolina, or ancient cereals with dehydrated vegetables, according to our original broth recipe that preserves the typical properties of these homemade dishes. Set aside 5 to 17 minutes, a pot of boiling water, and a ladle to serve this “meal for three” with little effort.

Truffle is a mysterious ingredient of Italy’s gastronomic tradition, known for its penetrating smell and aphrodisiac properties. Our truffles are available as carpaccios with olive oil, aromatized extra-virgin olive oils, or sauces to color your meals.

Our pasta, whether dried, fresh, or frozen, is made with water from our mountainsflour from our farms, and stuffing ingredients from our soils. Our dried pasta is artisanally bronze wire-drawn and slowly dried for 40 hours at low temperature in order to preserve all the aromas of the grain.

Spreadable CreamsTRADITIONAL

 

Our creams are made from 30% of premium dried fruit: pistachioalmond, or hazelnut. These can be eaten in spoonfuls, spread over bread, or used to fill sweets and panettoni. Such a high concentration of the primary ingredient in our creams allows for significant dilution to make delicious chantilly creams.

 

Sauces and CondimentsTRADITIONAL

 

Our dried fruit pestos contain 60% of premium dried fruits from Sicily. The pestos are meant to be used as savory sauces, containing dried fruit grains that stick to the heterogenous surfaces of pasta shapes such as Fusilli, Penne rigate, and others.
